Ancient tools. Real results. Incorporated into treatments as needed, cupping and Gua Sha help lift tension, improve circulation, and accelerate recovery in ways traditional massage alone can't always reach.

Swedish Massage

Pure, restorative rest. A classic full-body treatment focused on circulation, relaxation, and nervous system reset — the perfect way to decompress and recover from the demands of daily life.

Thai Foot Reflexology

Grounded from the ground up. A therapeutic style targeting the lower legs and feet to stimulate internal organs and promote energy flow throughout the body. Blending Chinese reflexology and Thai technique — using thumbs, fingers, and a wooden stick to work the body's energy lines — this treatment creates full-body balance and deep restoration. Certifications earned firsthand in Chiang Mai, Thailand.

What We Offer

A Note on Aromatherapy

Therapeutic-grade DoTERRA essential oils are diffused during every session — selected intentionally by season. In winter, warming blends like On Guard, Eucalyptus, and Cedarwood. In summer, bright citrus oils like Wild Orange, Tangerine, and Lemon. Favorites year-round include Lavender + Rosemary and Frankincense + Wild Orange. It’s one of the small details that makes a Still Movement treatment feel like its own unique experience.

Our Space

Most sessions take place at our brick-and-mortar studio off Greenwood, in the heart of Midtown Bend near Pilot Butte — a space that was intentionally designed to feel calm, private, and welcoming the moment you walk in. We also get out into the community for local events and partner with Bend businesses from time to time, bringing bodywork where it's needed most.
