Our goal at Still Movement Massage Therapy is to serve our community by helping people achieve peak optimal physical function, decrease pain and discomfort in the body, give folks the intentional time for relaxation, and give an overall mental recharge and reset.
Regardless of the activities and/or work you perform, we all need a little help in keeping our bodies functioning and thriving in day-to-day life. From laborious jobs to computer desk jobs, athletes to folks rehabilitating from injuries, spending time playing in the mountains to postpartum mamas, we all can benefit from massage therapy.

When You Come In.
We want you to feel at ease from the moment you arrive. Here's how a session at Still Movement works:
01 — Health Intake Before your first session, you'll complete a health intake form covering your lifestyle, movement habits, and health history — so we can understand how you live in your body, not just where it hurts.
02 — Check-In & Treatment Plan Together, we'll review your goals for the session and build a clear intention for your treatment. Every appointment begins with this conversation — because what your body needs today may be different from last time.
03 — Intentional, Customized Bodywork. Your therapist works slowly and patiently, guided by your breath and your body's response. When tension is found, we settle in and work meticulously until your body is ready to release it — no rushing, no shortcuts.
04 — Leave Feeling Refreshed. Clients leave feeling more relaxed, rejuvenated, and in less pain. Expect better sleep, reduced stress, increased range of motion, and — for athletes and active folks — enhanced performance.

I'm Shyanna Ashworth — owner and massage therapist at Still Movement.
I earned my license and certification here in Bend at COCC over 10 years ago, and I've spent every year since deepening my practice. I love learning new techniques, and I've traveled abroad to do it — most recently to Thailand, where I studied Thai Massage and Thai Foot Reflexology firsthand.
What makes my work different is persistence, patience, and the careful intention I bring to every session. I work slowly, I pay attention to the details, and I treat every appointment as its own unique experience — because that's what your body deserves.
I also believe strongly in community. I regularly connect with and refer to other skilled practitioners across Bend — chiropractors, physical therapists, acupuncturists, and more — because great bodywork is about finding the right tool, not just one.
